40-hour Salesperson's Pre-Licensure Class Options
Our Real Estate Salespersons Exam Prep classes are ONLINE via LIVE Zoom webinar. Upon completion, your certificate will allow you to take the Massachusetts real estate salespersons licensing exam. Each class is six days, 10am to 6pm each day. Our 40-hour class is offered monthly and allows you to complete your class within 8 or 9 days. For weekends- or weekday-only options, you can spread your attendance over two classes; please see our combinations and notes below.

DESIGNED TO BE FRIENDLY, FUN and EFFECTIVE
Our course consists of SIX class sessions, LIVE and ONLINE. Each class day is from 10:00 to 6:00, with breaks. To satisfy the Board’s pre-licensure requirements, you’re required to attend all class sessions. Make-up days can be finished in a corresponding class day of a future class. Please be prepared to be present online, with a strong video internet connection. All students are welcome to take our class. To get a real estate license in MA, a student needs the 40-hour certificate received after taking the class, along with a SSN and an age of 18 years, though anyone is welcome to take our class.
Upon completing the course, you’ll receive your stamped education certificate that documents completion of your pre-licensure education and is necessary to take the licensing exam. In class we make sure you understand all the next steps to approach, take, and pass your exam. We provide students with our power point presentation, their own study book, and 30+ hours of online videos as bonus material to help you prepare. What sets our classes apart is the instructor’s experience of brokerage and a teaching style that presents the material in a way that helps you understand real estate — and get excited about it!
